Horse ownership can also become a reality at the Garwood Equestrian Center. As a person decides to purchase a horse, Garwood Equestrian Center will work with the person to determine the right level of horse for a person and go over the options of buying versus leasing. This aid to the potential horseman is then followed by an extensive search and testing of potential candidates with them. Garwood Equestrian Center receives a 10% commission of the horse’s sale price or 10% of the total cost for the complete duration of the horse lease for the aid in acquiring a horse from an outside farm whereas sales or leases of its own horses do not carry a commission fee.
